Ham steak with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of ham steak
  • 100 grams shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 grams of oyster mushrooms
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 6 shallots
  • 150 grams butter
  • 1 spoon of olive oil salt
  • 0.5 decilite beer
  • 1.5 cups cream
  • 1 spoon of parsley
  • 1 spoon of tarragon
  • 1 spoon of celery
  • 1 spoon of chives

Preparation:

  • Cut the ham steaks into strips.
  • Chop the shallots.
  • Cut all kinds of mushrooms into pieces.
  • Heat the butter with olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meat brown while stirring.
  • Remove the meat from the pan and sprinkle with salt.
  • Fry the shallots in the remaining fat until brown.
  • Add the mushrooms and beer and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Add the cream while stirring and allow to reduce slightly.
  • Add the meat and herbs while stirring and season with salt.
