Shii-take with pak choi

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Chinese egg noodles
  • 300 grams shiitake
  • 500 grams pak choi
  • 3 spring onions
  • 4 spoons of olive oil
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 3 spoons of soy sauce (salt)
  • 4 spoons of sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation:

  • Cook the noodles according to instructions.
  • Wipe shiitake clean and cut in half.
  • Cut pak choi into strips and wash.
  • Clean the spring onions and cut into pieces.
  • Heat the oil in the wok.
  • Stir-fry the shiitake for approx. 2 min.
  • Add the pak choi and fry for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Add the honey and soy sauce, heat for another 1 min.
  • Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve with the noodles.
  • Tip: Serve with cassava crackers.
