Ingredients:
- 250 grams Chinese egg noodles
- 300 grams shiitake
- 500 grams pak choi
- 3 spring onions
- 4 spoons of olive oil
- 1 spoon of honey
- 3 spoons of soy sauce (salt)
- 4 spoons of sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation:
- Cook the noodles according to instructions.
- Wipe shiitake clean and cut in half.
- Cut pak choi into strips and wash.
- Clean the spring onions and cut into pieces.
- Heat the oil in the wok.
- Stir-fry the shiitake for approx. 2 min.
- Add the pak choi and fry for approximately 3 minutes.
- Add the honey and soy sauce, heat for another 1 min.
- Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve with the noodles.
- Tip: Serve with cassava crackers.
