Ingredients:
- 2,5 dl milk
- 80 gram flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 50 grams of butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 grams shiitake
- 20 sprigs chives
- salt
- freshly milled pepper
Preparation method:
- Mix the milk with the flour, the egg and the sunflower oil.
- Melt 25 grams of butter and stir into the batter.
- Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes, covered.
- Peel and slice the garlic.
- Wipe the shiitake clean and cut into slices.
- Wash and finely chop the chives.
- Heat some butter in a small skillet and fry 1/4 of the shii take and of the garlic for about 2 minutes.
- Pour a thin layer of batter over the shii take and garlic and sprinkle some chives on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry the pancake until cooked on both sides.
- Fold the pancake in half twice.
- Keep the pancake warm under aluminum foil.
- Fry 3 more crepes in this way.
